New Year, New Style
Happy 2011 to everyone! Does it feel different yet? I always welcome the beginning of a new year. It is a time to reflect back on what you accomplished…and maybe didn’t…the previous year, and to look forward to what you want to change or do in the new year. I don’t know if I agree with all the negative talk that naysayers pooh-pooh about new year resolutions, because I have actually stuck with one or two that I have made in the past. But, at least, it is a new start, a fresh beginning to change something about you or to dive into something new.
Maybe this year you want a fresh new look. That could mean your wardrobe, your car, or maybe your home interior. Most people, as they grow and mature, develop different tastes in decorating and style. Sometimes you come back around to a style you once favored, then slipped away from, and then desire to get back to. Perhaps your life has endured a drastic change and along with it, you want to shed all the pre-change memories and make a new life for yourself. Maybe your change is one that draws you to rustic furniture.
As folks who favor that style can tell you, rustic furniture calls you home to comfort. It is cozy and primitive and usually simple in design. Log furniture and reclaimed barnwood furniture is loaded with character and invites you to sit and learn about its story. Available in many different woods and styles, rustic furniture can be added to every room of your home and is equally enticing in the living room, dining room, or bedroom.
This year, if you resolve to change your style, perhaps rustic furniture is the direction in which you should turn. The folks at JHE’s Log Furniture Place have just about anything you can dream of and will be happy to assist you in any way possible. Out with the old and in with the new. Bring on 2011!!
